So...full disclosure? I gained more then 50 pounds with Aidan. It's not something I"m proud of or happy about, but I have a happy health son, so, it's worth it. However, it also makes me unhappy, exhausted, and...did I mention unhappy? I hate my body. This coming from someone who was a competitive figure skater and never over a size 0 until college. I was also that same size 0 when I met Nick. You can imagine what being overweight by 50 pounds can do to a women's self esteem. But more then that, I want to be healthy for my son and my husband. I want to be in shape when we decide to try for another baby. I want to be able to keep up with Aidan, and not be completely exhausted all the time.
That's why I was thrilled to have the chance to read and review Fit Moms for Life. When I got the book, I started reading, and it makes sense. Here are some of the key point to the book:
There are 31 Transformation stories of women who have read this book and had great results by following the plan and doing the exercises. The women also share fitness and nutritional tips.
